University of Wisconsin-Madison Interim Chancellor David Ward led a Wisconsin delegation to China, to inaugurate UW-Madison's first overseas outpost and participate in events aimed at deepening engagement with Chinese partners. In Shanghai, UW–Madison inaugurates first overseas office
The UW–Madison Shanghai Innovation Office, which will serve as a focal point for the university’s growing engagement in China and across East Asia, has officially opened.

A Wisconsin delegation led by UW-Madison Interim Chancellor David Ward joined with officials of the Minhang District of Shanghai and others to celebrate the launch of the office, located in the district’s Zizhu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Read More

Helping China produce more milk will boost U.S. dairy exports to China, experts say

As China expands its domestic milk production, it will buy more milk products from the United States.
